This PR updates Django to 4.1.2 and wagtail-bakery. The latter is presently pointed to a pre-release version: wagtail-nest/wagtail-bakery#73
Once a new version is released we'll update it to the pinned version. This should not be merged before the official release. See previous attempts at this here: #19, #22
Tested this locally with our site and everything looked good!
