fix(KeePassXC): use OTPAuth to retrieve TOTP codes

Hello,

Author of the KeePassXC extension here 👋🏻.

Here is what I've done:

1. Changing the author name: as explained in a feedback you've received, I've changed my Github username into a more professional one (i.e. Sulfyderz → pabroux);
2. Using OTPAuth to retrieve TOTP codes since keepassxc-cli show can't retrieve TOTP codes for entries having the same name #3720.

p.s.: Sulfyderz is still mine but associated to a second Github account. I have interchanged not only the email addresses but also the usernames with my main account. To provide evidence, I can make a comment using that account.
