[Raycast Port] Add port for Browser Extension

Description

• Add port for Browser Extension API
• Improve error handling & add port result documentation
• Mark RAYCAST_PORT_AI_ANSWER as deprecated in favor of RAYCAST_PORT_AI_ASK_RESULT
• Add an error message when user running callbackExec with enableExecuteShellSupport disabled
• Move API documentation separate to keep extension homepage tidy
• Bump all dependencies to the latest
