SketchUp 2014 and .rbz generation

Support for SketchUp 2014 is new!

No real functional changes in this release over 1.6.1 or its brown-paper-bag relative 1.6.2, though. Just some internal cleanups and improvements.

We have binaries in .rbz format for Mac and Windows, one set for SketchUp 2014 and one set for earlier releases (2013 and 8). See the README for a link to install instructions.

1.6.1: Update openscenegraph_exportviacollada.rb

Release adding Mac support. No other changes.

This bundle should work for SketchUp 8 and 2013 on Mac.
