What is this file and how was it generated?
If it is test data, I suggest to move it in a tests or test-data directory. And some readme or other docs should state how the generate this file if the tests needs to be updated for future versions of figma for example.
It feels a bit weird to include the test data in the plugin itself (not the first time this has been used fto hide backdoor, cf xz backdoor.)
