Describe the bug

안드로이드 기기에서 여전히 가끔 푸시 알림이 수신되지 않는 문제가 있습니다.

To Reproduce

  1. 휴대폰 화면을 끄고 쓰지 않는 상태로 일정 시간이 지나고
  2. 푸시 알림을 전송하면 알림이 수신되지 않습니다.
  3. 화면을 켰을 때 알림이 수신되는 경우도 있는데, 아예 삭제되어 버리는 경우도 있습니다.
