Community - Added new blog SpinKube on KinD #143

Thanks for hosting my first blog on Fermyon site 😄 The main changes done are: - Added a new [Community] section under the [News] in the blog menu. - Added a new blog post describing how to install SpinKube on KinD with Rancher Desktop and nerdctl. Signed-off-by: Nuno do Carmo <[email protected]>

Thank you @nunix for this first community blog contribution! Very exciting.
I'll let @tpmccallum and/or @ThorstenHans take a look when they are back, but I went through the guide and besides a few very minor editing suggestions I did have a question coming in as a MacOS user. (By the way, so nice that you break down the steps by platform. Very helpful to users!)

@nunix thanks for helping troubleshoot; I got it working! Noticed a few other spots with potential/optional edits; feel free to dismiss any/all.
