A small pull request to add some documentation build and deployed with github actions. I did not put a lot of effort into the text. First, I want to see if the deployment works :)
Unfortunately, coreg.run() failed due to the ccall to hist2.
@JohnAshburner It seems the only C function required is hist2 ? If yes, maybe I can write that function in Julia.
