chore: QOL improvements

- Move default blocklist to its own file so `class Sqids` is visible
  upon opening
- Export minAlphabetLength, minLengthLimit, and maxValue so they're
  available to downstream consumers
- Enforce Required<SqidsOptions> type on defaultOptions
