updated NDO features to support 4.2 released functionality.
for new features NDO should be running 4.2+.
changed BD/EPG combined description from boolean to string to allow user to decide what character to use for seperation
tested with:
ACI Version 6.0(4c)
NDO Version 4.2(2e)
