What changes are you introducing?

Adding a note to 2.5 Updating and refreshing
Red Hat subscription manifests that tells the user
the web UI notifies them when their subscription
manifest expires.

https://access.redhat.com/solutions/11101 (linked from the Jira) explains what's going on: why the manifest expiry warning appears in the web UI and how to address it. I'm wondering whether it would be better to add a link to the solution rather than a new note.
