What's Changed

We've migrated Puppy to use Webby and added some new easy procs for easier HTTP requests (see get post put delete).
We have tried to ensure code isn't broken by the upgrade but I'm sure this isn't perfect. It will hopefully be easy to update to Puppy 2.0!
