Minor fix in documentation for tool_calling.md

We can slightly improve the documentation here.

Instead of hardcoding the get_weather function name we can just get it from the dict above tool_functions.

I guess this was the reason for creating this variable in the first place anyway

Once the PR is approved and ready to go, your PR reviewer(s) can run CI to test the changes comprehensively before merging.

To run CI, PR reviewers can either: Add ready label to the PR or enable auto-merge.
