This release prepares for upgrade to Mongo 6 in 1.112.0

New or changed functionality in other platform components:

  • BE-3136 Copilot: Acknowledge all messages received via Pusher back to Voicegain.
  • BE-3130 Copilot: Added "Mark Call Transferred" button.
  • BE-3082 Implement mechanism to delete recordings from FreeSWITCH after they have been uploaded for processing
  • BE-3135 Implement POST /public/aircall/user/message-ack
  • BE-3086 Implemented trace field on the AIVR session.
  • BE-3123 New API that can be invoked from Copilot that Agent can use to indicate transferred calls, so that Call Notes are generated and pushed.
  • BE-3126 SA: Added the JWT token generation/management features as we have in Developer Web Console.
  • QA-1847 SA: Agents should not be allowed to edit PII Redaction in settings.
  • BE-2950 SA: Enhance the visibility of un-selectable rows for the user in both dark and light modes.
  • BE-3068 SA: Improve tag entry/edit - show existing tags already used within project.
  • BE-3125 SA: New SA project type - Generic Project
  • BE-3078 SA: Showing DTMF words in a distinct way in the Call audio timeline view.
  • BE-2863 Separate fav-icons for each product.
  • QA-1914 Web Console: Made Business Configuration UI user-friendly, so that users can manually enter the start and closing times.

  • BE-3145 Fix - Hints with apostrophes should be allowed to be set on a context
  • BE-3114 SA: Fix - App may get into a loop
  • QA-1908 SA: Fix - Checkboxes are overlapping on advanced search filter pop-up.
  • BE-3035 SA: Fix - Credit card numbers are not being masked out in spite of NER redaction being turned on
  • QA-1787 SA: Fix - Demo calls are not generating for Demo projects.
  • QA-1909 SA: Fix - DNIS search is not working on calls page.
  • QA-1910 SA: Fix - Getting "Sorry, there was an error." when using DNIS search.
  • QA-1822 SA: Fix - Password reset button were not responding.
  • BE-3113 SA: Fix - Sentry Integration for SA app as source-maps are not working for recent events.
  • QA-1809 SA: Fix - The agent created during the upload is not appearing on the Agents page.

  • QA-1913 Web Console: Fix - New User Wizard were not working properly.
  • BE-3131 Web Console: Fix - Removed hardcoded sensitivity setting from mic capture.
  • QA-1915 Web Console: Fix - When the user tries to explore the left menu for the telephone bot API, the business configuration text is overlapping and hidden.
