Fix #347
This PR adds a configurable debounce to token, NFT and transaction searches.
This also includes a re-write of the NFT search to use the
nftstable directly instead of the FTS. The rationale being to simplify that search implementation and still achieve good results, even on very large wallets. The FTS can be added back in if results are not good enough.
