Installing pytorch3d from conda worked but doing so from github/source failed for me (mapillary/inplace_abn#104).

Installing pytorch3d from conda worked but doing so from github/source failed for me.(mapillary/inplace_abn#104). Perhaps there is a reason for using source but did not seem necessary for me to get the example to work.
