• Added the possibility to define a backend server on the website (this overrides the servers in the global configuration file.)

Improved forwarder stability (by Kersing and Telkamp) and changes for osx 10.12. This is just to catch up with changes on the forwarder. Nothing changed to the interface. If your Lorank is working in proper order there is no need to upgrade to this version.
