Quest compatibility:

• Disable save manager on Android 11+ devices (due to incompatible storage API)
• Add Oculus explore app as a trigger for experimental app shortcut redirection
• More usable default app size
• Hide Oculus system apps that shouldn't be shown

Sideloading:

• Easily fully disable sideloading
• Proxied and unproxied FTP support (Note: unproxied FTP may be slow to connect)
• SMB support
• More user friendly sideloading settings
• More informative status messages

Fixes and QoL:

• Adjusted the appearance and layout of the settings dialog to be easier to navigate
• Improved logic of experimental app shortcut redirection
• Scrollable content is no longer cut off at the bottom of the viewable area
• Info on address format for sideloading is now shown in settings
